Bruce S. Ennis - President
Bruce Ennis has 15 years experience in the painting and coatings industry. While at B & H Coatings Bruce completed a variety of applications and job types, from standard paint coatings to epoxy floor systems and high tech polyurea applications.
Bruce’s experience includes high performance coatings for the General Services Administration (GSA) building and the National Institute of Health Building including post 9/11 renovations at the Pentagon.
Certifications held by Bruce:
- Polyurea Development Association (PDA)
- QP8 Certification from SSPC - Society of Protective Coatings
- C10 Coating & Surfacing Concrete for Contractor Supervisory Personnel
- General Polymers - Contractor Technical Training Session
Professional memberships include: Associated Builders and Contractors, ABC, the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America, PDCA and the Society for Protective Coatings, SSPC.
At Lifeshield, a blast mitigation company, Bruce advanced his knowledge. In addition to in depth experience with high tech spray applications Bruce built important relationships with key people within General Polymers and Sherwin Williams Company
Through experiences with B & H and Lifeshield Bruce learned what it takes to complete a job efficiently and more importantly how to insure the customer will receive a reliable, long lasting coating application. These experiences will be the foundation to distinguishing Pro Coat as the premier Industrial Coating Company on Mid Delmarva.
David Ennis - Vice President
David Ennis served 19 years with Perdue Agribuisness and a total of 25 years in the poultry industry. During his career he worked in both sales and production management.
David has been involved in many community activities. He served on the Wicomico County Council and is a past member of the Wicomico Planning and Zoning Appeals Board. He is past President of the Salisbury Jaycees. He is currently a member of the Greater Salisbury Committee and sits on GSC Executive Board.
David manages the administrative side of Pro Coat. Accounting, risk management and contract management are among his duties while also assisting with sales & marketing tasks.
Sean Fisher - Senior Project Manager
Sean Fisher has over 18 years in the concrete restoration industry. Sean managed projects in the Mid Atlantic Region involving substrate preparation, concrete renovations and repair. During this same time Sean served on the Baltimore Washington Chapter Board of Directors of IRCI – International Concrete Repair Institute for many years. Sean also managed a variety of coatings application jobs, specializing in large concrete decks and parking garage facilities.
Prior to Sean’s involvement with concrete restoration, he served as sales and technical representative to a construction coatings distributor, selling a wide variety of coatings and waterproofing products.
Sean’s expertise in general construction practices is an important resource for both managing projects as well as developing project scopes of work and specifications.
