The Maryland Stadium Authority & Ravens (M & T) Stadium needed to install a durable yet decorative epoxy floor system in their concession / food preparation areas thru out the stadium.
Pro Coat shotblasted and ground the concrete according to ICRI specifications and in order to provide to proper “profile” (degree of roughness) which insures proper adhesion; forming a mechanical bond.
Pro Coat applied a prime coat and 2 quartz broadcast coats as the base system. Then applied a final clear top coat.
Colored Quartz aggregate was used and this particular blend of colors matched the Raven’s Team – purple color.
An integral epoxy cove base was also applied blending seamlessly into the existing epoxy floor. The sanitary radius provides for easy & complete cleaning which helps satisfy the rigorous USDA food preparation inspections.
